This is ideal for moving goods between floors. It is simple to use, quick to install, the lift car can be small or large as required and is above all extremely affordable.

    Specification

    Lamson Service Lifts can be used between any number of floors. They are built to comply with the Power Lift Rules as they apply to lifts with a motive power not exceeding 750 watts (1 H.P.).

    Internal measurements of the lift car are to be specified by the purchaser. NZ regulations dictate that the floor area does not exceed 1 metre square, and the height 1.2 metres. The lift car is manufactured from mild steel with a powder coating, or stainless steel, depending on customer requirements.

    Load capacity is 200kg or 400kg.
    Operating speed is approximately ten metres/minute.
    Guide rails are constructed from 40 x 40 Unistrut.

    Drive unit is a Helical geared motor with brake and powered by a 0.75kw (1HP), 1PH or 3 PH electric motor. The drive unit is mounted at the top of the shaft on steel channels. Connection between the drive unit rope drum and the lift car is by a 6mm wire rope.

    Car movement is controlled by Membrane push button panels mounted adjacent to the lift shaft doors. The push button panels provide for floor selection and stop control.
    At any level the membrane control panel will indicate.
    • Which level the lift car is travelling too.
    • Which level the lift car is at when it has arrived.
    • Which level the lift shaft door is open.
    • When the lift car is able to be called to your level if not already their.
